About me and my practice
Hi, I'm Nikita (she/her), an integrative therapist based in Reading, Berkshire.
Therapy can be a difficult process, I offer compassion and walk alongside you as you discover your own way through life's ups and downs. Feeling heard facilitates healing and I am here to listen.
As you share your story, we can explore what the best way for you to move forwards might be.
I offer an integrative approach drawing on person centred and psychodynamic theory. This means there will be a focus on building a relationship, looking at the here and now and how your past might be impacting on your present.
Experience
I have worked in various mental health settings for 10 years which inspired me to train as a counsellor.
As a counsellor, I have worked with adults and young people (11+) both online and in person on difficulties with depression, anxiety, identity, relationships, work, study, stress and self-esteem.

L5 Diploma in Counselling Young People (ages 11 - 17)
L4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Integrative)
L3 Certificate in Counselling Studies
L2 Certificate in Counselling Skills
